The project is a demonstration project jointly built by Nanning High-tech Zone and Boschke as well as a waste classification education base, which is operated by Colleit Environmental Protection and officially put into use in November 2019。Mainly relying on the DAF dry aerobic composting system independently developed by Bosch, the food waste is broken, dehydrated, fermented and decomposed into organic nutrient soil, which has the advantages of closed production, environmentally friendly, stable fermentation products, ecological non-toxic and so on。The current processing capacity is 10 tons/day, and 1 to 2 tons of standard organotrophic soil can be converted daily。The food waste, fruit and vegetable waste, garden waste, agricultural waste and other organic perishable waste produced by many living communities and farmers' markets in Nanning High-tech Zone can be treated harmless and resource-based。At the same time, the project provides an education platform for primary and secondary school students in Nanning to expand popular science knowledge and cultivate garbage sorting habits。
